Exchange & Refund Policy

Elle Glams wants you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with an exchange or return under the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Window

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags/seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us (or arrange pickup, if available in your area)
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit (per your preference)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover return shipping
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used cosmetics and skincare products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions
  • Gift cards
