Shipping Areas
We currently ship to Cairo and all Governorates across Egypt.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details (if applicable) via WhatsApp/Email
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all areas. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier upon delivery.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. El Glamz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
